Kicking off Staff Picks with Andrew's classic movies

by Vickie Montigaud-Green on 2020-03-02T14:26:00-05:00 in Staff Picks | 0 Comments

In celebration of moving into our newly renovated digs at the Forrer Learning Commons, we've designated a couple shelves next to the main services desk for Staff Picks.  Every couple of months, FLC staff will curate items from the collection ... whether it is based on a timely theme ("Halloween") or genre (Mysteries) or just an "I liked this" ..we hope you'll find something to suit your interest.

Andrew Pearson, the Director of the FLC, chose classic movies that he enjoys.  A warning to the weary - there's no need to adjust your screens or sound, not that there are any silent films in the bunch, but there are a couple in black and white films.  Take a walk into the past and view it like your grand or great grandparents did.  You won't be disappointed.  All of these classics continue to delight our modern tastes.
