The CRAAP Guidelines provide a place to start when evaluating a potential source. These criteria are not a checklist. Depending on the source, certain areas might be very important to your decision or may be irrelevant. Taken as a whole, these guidelines allow you to consider multiple aspects of the source before making a decision.
